According to the Measures for the Administration of Land Requisition and Demolition of Key Construction Projects in Fujian Province, the resettlement of residents in flooded areas of reservoirs shall be strictly controlled and the scale of resettlement shall be appropriately controlled. In the stage of reservoir construction, the immigrants within the flooded area of the reservoir shall be compensated according to the flooded order and the prescribed standards, and the production and life of the immigrants shall be properly arranged.
