With the development of science and technology today, nothing can be done without money. Therefore, enterprises in the Central Plains had to close down. Due to the closure of enterprises, the number of unemployed people has increased and social problems have become prominent. Henan should be the province with the largest number of migrant workers now. Otherwise, why will there be a Henan special train on the railway during Spring Festival travel rush?

The coastal areas have become rich, and the decision-makers in China have realized that only when the coastal areas are developed, the whole of China will not be rich. And it will cause a serious gap between the rich and the poor. So it was introduced to develop the central and western regions. But the midwest is too big to use coastal taxes. Therefore, the development of the central and western regions can only rely on the strength of the people in the central and western regions. Of course, the speed of natural development is very slow.
