Which is better, studying abroad or emigrating?

Some excellent foreign schools are closed to foreign students, but immigrants can be sent to study after obtaining immigration status in the past, and they can easily apply for prestigious schools in Australia and North America and some high-quality majors that are usually closed to foreign students.

In contrast, there are not so many choices for international students, and they should not change schools and majors at will.
