Persons coming to Hong Kong under the Capital Investor Entry Scheme and their dependants should fill in application forms ID967 and ID997. Other applicants should fill in the application form ID9 1 (even if the applicant is outside Hong Kong and applies for an entry visa/entry permit to return to Hong Kong according to this arrangement.
