What does P-passport mean? !
Passports are divided into diplomatic passports, official passports and ordinary passports. Ordinary passports are divided into two types: private passports and public passports. P is a private passport. Personal passports are generally used for studying abroad, immigration, tourism, employment, visiting relatives, friends, and settling down.
In any of the following circumstances, the passport issuing organ shall not issue a passport:
(a) does not have the nationality of People's Republic of China (PRC);
(two) unable to prove identity;
(3) practicing fraud in the application process;

(five) the people's court informed that there are unresolved civil cases that cannot leave the country;
(6) Being a defendant or criminal suspect in a criminal case;

1. Passport is an important identity document, and the holder shall keep and use it properly, and shall not alter, transfer or intentionally damage it. No organization or individual may illegally detain it.
2. The issuance, renewal, replacement and replacement of passports shall be handled by the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security or the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of the public security organ entrusted by the Ministry of Public Security, and by China embassies and consulates abroad or other foreign institutions entrusted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
