The "Measures" will be implemented on June 1, starting from first-year high school students enrolling in the fall of 2011.

Failure to register within two weeks of admission will be deemed as abandonment of admission

The "Measures" stipulate that students must complete the admission procedures within the specified time. If the enrollment procedures cannot be completed as scheduled for some reason, the guardian must apply to the school for an extension of the enrollment procedures. The extension period shall not exceed two weeks. Otherwise, it will be deemed as automatic abandonment of admission.

The school registers new students in accordance with regulations and prepares student registration numbers. The province has established a unified information network management system for the electronic status of ordinary high school students to implement electronic management of the academic status of ordinary high school students in the province.

Students enrolled in violation of regulations will not be registered as students. Anyone who obtains a student status through illegal enrollment across municipalities will have his or her student status invalid and will be canceled by the education administrative department of the city where the illegal school is located.

The period of suspension of study generally cannot exceed one year

Students may apply for suspension of study due to illness or other circumstances. The period of leave of absence generally does not exceed one year. Students will retain their student status during their leave of absence. Upon expiration of the leave of absence, students should apply for resumption of study in a timely manner. When school resumes, schools should arrange learning in appropriate grades based on students' actual conditions.

If the student is still unable to return to school after the suspension period, the student and his/her guardian shall apply to the school for continued suspension within two weeks before the suspension period expires, and submit the diagnosis certificate and hospital medical record from a medical institution at or above the county level. Those who withdraw from school and miss 140 class hours may be expelled

Transferring between schools within the county is not allowed

Students are not allowed to transfer at will. In principle, schools are not allowed to accept borrowing students.
