Special provisions on American citizenship

1, age limit. According to the immigration law, a citizen applicant must be at least 18 years old. However, there are two exceptions to this clause. Second, if one or both parents of minor children are American citizens, they can apply for naturalization through their parents;

4. When applying for American green card or citizenship, if the immigration authorities find that they have submitted false materials and other illegal situations during the application process, they will be fined heavily and deported.
