Mianchi County is a famous birthplace of human ancestors and a world-famous discovery place of Yangshao culture.

The scenic spot is adjacent to Qingyao Mountain in Luoyang in the east, Shaoshan Forest Park in the west and Yangshao Grand Canyon in the north, with a total area of 42 square kilometers, mainly including ten scenic spots, with more than 100 scenic spots. The whole canyon in the scenic area is composed of red timely sandstone, which is a typical Danxia landform.
