What is overseas Chinese identity?

Overseas Chinese approval refers to remittances and letters sent to China by overseas Chinese through non-governmental organizations at home and abroad. It is a special postal carrier for letters and gatherings. Widely distributed in Chaoshan area of Guangdong Province, Fujian, Hainan and other places. Dialect calls the letter "Pi", and the correspondence between Chaoshan and Minnan overseas Chinese and their hometown is "Overseas Chinese Pi".

Overseas Chinese commentary, commonly known as "Fanpi" and "Yin Xin", is widely used in Fujian dialect, Chaoshan dialect in Guangdong province and Hakka dialect in Meixian county. "Faith" is "skin", which is not only referred to in Minnan dialect, but also in Fuzhou dialect, and it is still called this way.

At the celebration meeting of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Chaoshan Historical and Cultural Research Center, it was learned that the center was editing and publishing 1 16000 volumes of various overseas Chinese reviews, which were compiled into 125 volumes of Chaoshan Overseas Chinese Review Integration.

From the Qing Dynasty to 1979, this distinctive group of overseas Chinese existed in Chaoshan, even in southern Jiangxi and western Fujian, and was regarded by the famous scholar Tsung i Jao as valuable information on the history of overseas transportation, immigration and the rise and fall of overseas Chinese. Wang Weizhong, chairman of the Chaoshan Historical and Cultural Research Center, said that since its establishment, the center has collected as many as 32,000 original overseas Chinese documents, and "overseas Chinese documents" including Chaoshan overseas Chinese documents have been successfully listed in the China Archives Heritage List.

In addition to comments on Chaoshan overseas Chinese, another achievement of Chaoshan Historical and Cultural Research Center is the Chaoshan Library with 410.06 million words, which contains10.60 works on Chaoshan culture.
