If you have a China passport or maple leaf card, what do you need to apply for a US visa ~

As long as you hold a China passport, the application will be the same as in China. The materials required for the application are as follows:

1. Valid passport: If your passport will expire or be damaged within six months of your expected arrival in the United States, or there is no blank visa issuance page on your passport, please apply for a new passport before coming for an interview.

2. A photo: a 5cm×5cm color front photo taken within 6 months. Please stick the photo on the English application form DS- 156, and don't use staples. Please see the photo requirements for details.

3. Original visa application fee receipt You can pay a visa application fee of 943 yuan at any branch of CITIC Industrial Bank in China. Please note that once the application fee is paid, even if the applicant is refused or abandoned, it cannot be refunded. Applicants must present two original application fee receipts when submitting visa applications. Only visa applicants who meet the guarantee requirements of A- 1, A-2, G- 1, G-2, G-3, G-4, C-3, NATO and the United States can be exempted from paying the application fee. 4. Complete DS- 156 non-immigrant visa application form (all non-immigrant visa applicants must fill in)

5. Complete DS- 157 Supplementary Information Form for Non-immigrant Visa (16-year-old non-immigrant visa applicants must fill in)

6. Fill in the complete DS- 158 questionnaire on contact information and work experience of non-immigrant visa applicants (F, M and J visa applicants must fill in).
