More than 60 years ago, Taiwan recovered and the Japanese army withdrew. A Japanese male teacher boarded a ship leaving Taiwan Province Province alone, leaving his lover in Tomoko, Taiwan Province Province. Unable to express his feelings for Naokawa Naoko face to face, he turned his nostalgia and love into words and wrote them on stationery.

After more than 60 years, the face of Taiwan Province Province has completely changed. Everyone in every corner has worked hard for his own life, and several little people living in different corners have their own musical dreams: Jia, the lead singer of the frustrated band, can only play Mao Bo, the old postman in Qin Yue, the water frog who is the black hand in the car repair business, the piano accompaniment of the choir, Malasang, a millet wine manufacturer, and Ma Lao, a traffic policeman. These unrelated people actually want to form a band for a concert in the holiday center and perform in three days. This made Tomoko, an event publicist from Japan, very dissatisfied and disappointed with this job. Tomoko, who stinks every day, also makes Jia, who used to be in the orchestra, even more unhappy. The whole orchestra broke up before it started practicing.

Mobo, the old postman, broke his leg, so he gave the letter to Jia. But Jia does nothing but pile letters in her room every day. He found a package from Japan in the mail pile, which read "No.7 Cape Fandi, Hengchun County". Curiously, he opened the parcel and found that the letters inside were written in Japanese, which he couldn't understand at all. Therefore, he didn't care and threw it into the mailbox.

As the performance date approaches, these little people find that this may be the only opportunity in their life to go on stage to realize their musical dreams. Everyone began to practice. The problem is that the gunpowder between Jia and Tomoko seems to be getting heavier and heavier, which also affects the progress of the orchestra. Finally, at a wedding reception in town, everyone spoke their minds after drinking. It turns out that Jia and Naokawa are lonely strangers, and the two who untied the knot found the feelings hidden under anger, which developed into a one-night stand.

In Aga's room, Tomoko saw the package sent from Japan and found that it was actually seven love letters that were not sent 60 years ago. She wants Aga to give the package to the owner. But the address on the package no longer exists, because the Japanese singer is coming, the music of the second performance has not yet landed, and the bassist Mao Bo can't play the bass.

After the concert, Tomoko will also return to Japan with the singer to start a new life.
