Xiapukou Village is located on the west bank of the North Canal flowing through Shuangjie Town. Two kilometers upstream is Shangpukou Village, and downstream One kilometer away is Xiaxinzhuang Village. In the Liao Dynasty, it was used as a horse breeding ground for the Liao army, and it was first called Pugou. During the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty, Han and Chai people came from the south to settle here.
