Legal basis: Supplementary Provisions on Admission Conditions of General College Entrance Examination in Qinghai Province (Provisional)

First, the children of migrant workers in the province meet the conditions of "25 13" stipulated in the documents "No.2000007 and No.200633 of the Youth Education Recruitment Committee", and can take the college entrance examination in our province and participate in the admission of ordinary colleges and universities inside and outside the province.

"25 13" condition, namely: (1) the fifth anniversary of the examinee's parents or one of them and the examinee's own household registration in our province (before the college entrance examination); (two) the fifth anniversary of the business license for parents to invest and operate in Qingdao (before the college entrance examination); (3) Candidates have studied in high schools in our province for three years, and have participated in the provincial high school examination (academic level examination) since the first year of high school.

2. Those who do not meet the requirements of the document "No.2000007 and No.200633 of the Youth Education Recruitment Committee", but meet the following three conditions at the same time, can take the college entrance examination in our province, but they should use their original household registration to move out of the province (city, district) and participate in the enrollment of corresponding batches of colleges and universities in Qinghai Province (the enrollment plan and separate plan of colleges and universities outside the province occupy the province): (1) (2) The student status has been transferred to our province before the college entrance examination registration; (3) The subjects of the college entrance examination in the province (city, district) of origin are the same as those in our province. If it is inconsistent, the provincial admissions office will convert it according to the scores of the college entrance examination in our province.

If the admission score of the same batch of candidates is lower than that of our province, it shall be implemented according to the admission score of our province.
