Yanqing county, the old county town governs the village.

When the village was built in the Ming Dynasty, it was said that there was a Guo immigrant from Shanxi who made a living by burning pottery and built a kiln to burn pottery pots here, which later evolved into a village. Villagers inherited this industry, hence the name. Located at the foot of Dushan Mountain in the east of the village, the village has preserved the production technology of ancient kiln sites for hundreds of years, and there are more than 80 ancient kiln sites. The "Dushan" in the east of the village was listed as one of the eight scenic spots in Guichuan as early as the Ming and Qing Dynasties, named "Dushan Moonlit Night". "Dushan" stands out from the crowd, with green, cold, open fields, cranes and pines. At night and at noon, the lonely peak goes straight to the sky, which is very spectacular. In the 12th year of Yongle in Ming Dynasty, Judy, the ancestor of Yongle, was stationed here. The forest park next to the village is full of flowing springs, three stacks of nine songs, shady trees and fragrant wild flowers. Visiting pots and kilns, watching pottery making, climbing mountains, looking for historical sites, visiting nymphs, enjoying the bright moon, eating farmhouse meals and staying in a farmhouse will all give you comfort and warmth. Self-driving: Exit 62, Guichuan Road, Yanqing, Beijing-Tibet Expressway goes to Yanqing County, and Zhangjing Road, Ada Road goes to the old county.

By bus: Deshengmen takes bus No.919 to Yanqing County, then transfers to Penyao Village in the direction of Jiuxian Town, and gets off at Shi Jinglong Ski Resort in Longqingxia Scenic Area.
