In an instant, Victor became an isolated man without a country and a home, and he became a victim of international political changes. During Victor's detention at the airport, he had only two choices: either to return to the motherland, but after the coup in his country, he no longer admitted that he was a national who had gone through immigration procedures; Either get a valid certificate and immigrate to the United States, but his certificate is obviously invalid and cannot be replaced.
