3. I have been employed by a Hong Kong company before the application, and the work I am engaged in must be related to my education or work experience, so it is not easy to find local people;

4 wages (including income, housing, medical care and other fringe benefits) should be basically consistent with the local professional market at that time;

5. No criminal record.

The Hong Kong Talents Scheme has an annual quota ceiling, which used to be 1000 people per year, but recently it has been raised to 2,000 people. However, there is no quota limit for the Professionals Scheme, and applicants can apply at any time.
