The school is located in the south of the market town of Liudun Town, Yumen City. It is a rural boarding school invested by the municipal party committee and municipal government to facilitate the children of immigrants from Liudun Town to attend school nearby. It was completed and put into use in August 216, covering an area of 3 mu. There are teaching buildings, teachers' and students' apartments, student restaurants, standardized playgrounds, hardened ground basketball courts and volleyball courts. Looking at them, I thought of myself. If I was young and ignorant, I didn't have a strong school-based teaching and research atmosphere, a highly professional leader and tutor, a thorough and scientific training plan, a highly targeted training content and strict teaching management regulations, would I be able to grow up the fastest? Can you grow up today? The answer is no.

Change the situation that the knowledge of classroom teaching design is heavily imparted, the thinking development is superficial, and the cultivation of students' independent learning ability is all-encompassing.

Second, carry out continuous reading of teaching materials, study of curriculum standards, and large-scale training activities in classroom teaching. Divide into sections, list questions and make plans.
