Detailed process of Norwegian tourist visa
Step 1, log on to the embassy website and download the corresponding visa application form and the corresponding template form text file;
Information required for a Norwegian visa:
1. Personal Chinese mainland passport.
2. Two 2-inch (3.5cm× 4.5cm) color photos taken on a white background in the last 6 months.

6. Original marriage certificate and original neighborhood certificate (required by freelancers and unemployed people)
7. Copy of employment certificate and unit certificate (on-the-job personnel)/explanation and signature of income source (freelance and unemployed personnel)/original retirement certificate (retirees)/school certificate (students)
8. Proof of assets: freelancers and students, students and children under 18 provide additional relevant certificates.
9. Travel certificate: original travel certificate and overseas medical insurance.

1. Accompanying parents: provide notarized original birth medical certificate (in both Chinese and English) and original authentication certificate, with children as the main applicants. The notarized certificate of students and children under 10 must indicate the information of legal representative, and indicate the parents' name, date of birth, home address, etc. 2. Traveling with only one parent or parents not traveling: (1) Provide the original birth medical certificate (in both Chinese and English) and the original certification certificate, notarized with children as the main applicant, legal representative, parents' names, date of birth, home address and other information. It must be indicated in the kinship certificate for students and children under 0/0 of/kloc; (2) Parents who do not travel need to provide the original notarial certificate and certify it. Note: Notary offices do not accept notarial certificates in the following situations: (1) The name stamp is printed on the inner page of the notarial certificate; (2) The blank page is printed with the official seal of the notary office; (3) The name stamp is hollow or printed with a border, the name stamp coincides with the seal of the notary office, and there are stains in the blank; (4) The seal of the notarial deed is not completely penetrated and the handwriting is unclear.
Step 2: Pay online with Visa/master card.
Step 3: Submit the visa application materials and pay the visa fee and visa service fee at the embassy/visa center.
Step 4: Wait for the visa to be processed.
Step 5: Get a visa.
Norwegian visa processing time:
According to the Schengen visa regulations, the decision on visa application should generally be made within 15 calendar days. The visa office can usually process visa applications within 7 days. However, in the peak season of visa application from May to August, the trial time may be extended, and we usually make a decision on visa application within 10 calendar days. Please note that the visa processing time starts from the date when the embassy receives the visa application, not from the date when the materials are submitted to the Norwegian visa application center. Visa application materials will usually be handed over to the embassy on the next working day.
