Transfer of building foundation

The following is an agreement I wrote. Please modify it and use it. One thing to note is that in order to buy a house in the countryside, the buyer must have a village account (at least one account for the buyer), otherwise it will be very troublesome if the seller goes back on his word and sues the court to confirm that the agreement is invalid.

Party A and Party B agree on the "ownership of the village house" located in the new immigrant area through consultation.

The following agreement was reached on the purchase and sale of the real estate with the number J03-Mobile M 1 102:
