Do I need to issue a single certificate when I apply for a k2 visa in the United States?

a. Conditions for applying for a K1 visa for the fiancee of an American citizen:

The fiance of a China applicant must be an American citizen, and American residents holding a green card have no right to apply for a K-1 visa for China's fiancee.

Both parties must meet in the last two years. Unless you can prove your religious belief, it is forbidden for both parties to meet before marriage. I don't think there is such a religious belief in China.

both parties must be legally registered for marriage, are divorcing or the marriage relationship is being abolished, or do not meet the conditions that the age of marriage in the state where American citizens live will not report the application. China applicants don't have to reach the legal age in China, and everything is based on the United States. The legal age for marriage in the United States is 18.
