Reasons for insufficient vegetation and high soil humus content in Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park

The northeast monsoon is cold, with large temperature difference between day and night, serious soil erosion and frequent wind erosion and water erosion. Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park is located in the south of Laoyeling (Hunchun-Wangqing-Dongning-Suiyang) at the junction of Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province in China. Due to the cold northeast monsoon, the temperature difference between day and night is large, soil erosion is serious, and frequent wind erosion and water erosion cause vegetation and soil problems. Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park starts from Qinglongtai Forest Farm of Hunchun Forestry Bureau of Jilin Province in the east, borders on Primorsky Krai of Russia, reaches Lingdong Forest Farm of Daxinggou Forestry Bureau of Jilin Province in the west, reaches Jingxin Forest Farm of Hunchun Forestry Bureau of Jilin Province in the south and reaches Sandao Forest Farm of Tokyo Forestry Bureau of Heilongjiang Province in the north.
