Chen Zhuolin's personal honor

Mr. Chen Zhuo, Chairman of Jule Real Estate, won the "Outstanding Chinese Award in the World" in 2007, and was awarded an honorary doctorate in management by Hamilton University in the United States. The award ceremony was successfully held on February 1 1 2007. This award once again affirmed Agile Real Estate's well-known brand and leading position in the real estate industry in China. Chairman Mr. Chen Zhuo, as the chairman of Agile Real Estate, has led the development of the group for nearly ten years with his excellent business and management concepts. This award and honor is also a recognition of Mr. Chen's great contribution to the industry and society.

In addition, Chen Zhuolin, Chairman of Agile Property, was awarded an honorary doctorate in business management by Hamilton University. The award ceremony was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Officiating guests included Mr. Wu Ying, Convenor of the Hong Kong People's Congress, and Mrs. Sophie Leung, a Hong Kong People's Congress representative and a member of the Hong Kong Legislative Council.

Hamilton University, founded in 19 18, is an institution of higher learning with a long history in the United States. Honorary doctorates are awarded to outstanding people with lifelong leadership and contribution ability every year in recognition of their contributions in different fields of society. Also awarded honorary doctorates this year are honorary director of the Criminal Science and Technology Laboratory of the People's Public Security University of China, Dr. General Counsel of the New York State Police Department, Mr. Hong Kong Opera Master, and Ms. Fan, a lawyer of the Hong Kong High Court.
