What about the passport to Turks and Caicos Islands? how much is it? What do you need?

The latest amendment to the published immigration regulations of Turks and Caicos Islands was made on March 29th, 20 16. Article 13 (2)(f) (i) stipulates:

Investors who invest in real estate of not less than 300,000 Canadian dollars in any island of grand turk island, Cayes, salter, South Caicos or North Caicos have the right to apply for permanent residence permit of TCI.

Investors who hold PRC 12 months or more have the right to apply for naturalization and BOTC (British Overseas Territory) passports (see the reply of the Investment and Immigration Bureau on planning naturalization).
