Registration is required. Federal invitation, submission materials, passport, immigration landing and federal review process after Canada's nomination;

1. Applicants registered in Canada need to create personal data on the immigration website MyCICAcount. The system will comprehensively evaluate the applicant's age, education, language and work experience (both at home and abroad), with a total score of 12. After registration, they must complete the data entry within 6 days, and the validity period after submission is one year. After one year, as long as the applicant still meets the requirements, including new IELTS scores and work experience. If the applicant obtains the nomination certificate of the province (registered EE), he will get 6 points, and the Federal Immigration Service will screen EE candidates from high to low, and submit all documents after invitation.

2. The federal invitation of the Federal Office for Immigration is generally drawn in about 2 weeks. Applicants who reach the minimum invitation score will receive an invitation letter (ITA) issued by the Immigration Department. The invitation score of 2 18 is 44 to 45 1, and the highest screening score of 2 19 is 47.

3. Submission of materials. Applicants who have completed the physical examination need to submit complete application documents online within 9 days after receiving ITA, including no criminal certificate and immigration physical examination.

4. Within 3-6 months after submitting the application for passport labeling, the applicant will receive a notice from the Federal Immigration Office to mail the passport. About 4 weeks after the passport is sent, the Immigration Bureau will send the passport and landing paper back together with the immigrant visa.

5. Immigration applicants do not need to return to China, but can land at the US-Canada border, and then register information with the immigration officer to obtain a maple leaf card.
