Has land requisition started in Tongliao section of lxb water supply?

The project of LXB Water Supply Inner Mongolia Branch was determined by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Water Resources as the only key water conservancy project in the whole region to implement the national policy of stimulating domestic demand, and was listed as a start-up project in 2020-2022 by the National Development and Reform Commission. Up to now, the LXB water supply Tongliao branch line project has been completed except for the resettlement planning and land pre-examination which have not been reported to the National Development and Reform Commission.
