According to the Notice of the Education Department of the Autonomous Region on Doing a Good Job in the Qualification Identification of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in the First Half of 20021(No.8 of Guangxi Teachers [20021])? And Hechi City Education Bureau's Notice on Doing a Good Job in Teacher Qualification Identification in the First Half of 20021(Hechi J.F. [202 1] No.31). In order to do a good job in the qualification identification of primary and secondary school teachers in our county in the first half of 2002/KLOC-0, relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

? First, the scope and object of identification

(1) Scope of appraisal

Apply for kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teacher qualifications.

(2) Identify the object

Applicants for Donglan kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teacher qualifications shall meet one of the following conditions:

1. Have Donglan household registration;

2. Hold a residence permit within the validity period of Donglan jurisdiction;

3. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who work and live in Donglan hold Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents' residence permits and Hong Kong and Macao residents' passes to and from the Mainland, and they are within the validity period; Mainland travel permit for taiwan residents, valid for 5 years, can apply for primary and secondary school teacher qualification at the place of residence. Other conditions, procedures and submission materials for applying for teacher qualification are the same as those for mainland (mainland) applicants.

Second, the identification time

According to the unified arrangement of Guangxi Education Department, the time for the qualification of teachers in our county in the first half of 2002/KLOC-0 is as follows:

(1) Registration time for candidates' online newspaper: 2021May 12 to July 5.

(II) On-site confirmation time: The on-site examination and approval time of the submitted materials is from July 6 to June 2, 20021year, and the examination and approval time is normal working days (except Saturday and Sunday), and the working hours on working days are 8: 30am-12: 00pm.

Third, the identification conditions

(a) should pass the national primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination, written examination and interview are qualified, and obtain the "primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination certificate", and within the validity period. If the applicant is a 202 1 publicly-funded normal student or a graduate student in education, he shall obtain a teacher's professional competence certificate for normal students, and it shall be within the validity period.

Applicants who entered school on or before 20 1 1 year may apply for direct recognition of teaching qualifications in the same or similar disciplines as their majors.

? (two) the applicant shall abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, fulfill the obligations stipulated in the Teachers Law, and abide by the professional ethics of teachers.

(three) the applicant should have the necessary knowledge to undertake education and teaching work and the ability to analyze and solve practical problems in education and teaching by using the knowledge learned.

(four) should have the corresponding qualifications stipulated in the "Teachers Law".

1. To be a qualified kindergarten teacher, you should have a kindergarten teacher education or above. Pre-school education (pre-school education) graduates from full-time secondary normal schools, secondary vocational schools and technical colleges may apply for kindergarten teacher qualification if they hold a certificate of qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers within the validity period. The pre-school education majors of the schools to which these graduates belong must be filed in the Education Department of the autonomous region or the Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and those that have not been filed cannot be identified.

To be qualified as a primary school teacher, one should have graduated from a secondary normal school or above.

3. To obtain the qualification of a junior high school teacher, one should have a teacher's college degree or above.

Fourth, the identification process.

(1) Online declaration

1. Applicants should log in to the "China Teacher Qualification Website" () within the registration time specified by the teacher qualification accreditation institution, select the "Website Portal for Teacher Qualification Accreditation Applicants" to enter, register users according to the system prompts, improve personal information and complete real-name verification, fill in the applicant's information truthfully and accurately, and upload personal household registration book and e-certificate photos as required (format JPG/JPEG, color white background, the applicant chooses the accreditation institution and confirms on site. The second is the place of residence (you must apply for a local residence permit and it is within the validity period, or the armed police in active service fill in the resident).

2. When applying for online registration, the applicant must choose Donglan Education Bureau as the institutional option.

(2) On-site confirmation

After the online application is completed, the applicant shall make on-site confirmation according to the time and place specified in the accreditation announcement published on the website of the accreditation institution. The materials that need to be checked and reviewed during on-site confirmation are as follows:

3. Relevant materials of the applicant under different circumstances.

(1) Graduates with household registration in our county are required to provide the original and photocopy of the household registration book (home page and personal page);

(2) Graduates who hold the residence permit within the validity period of our county need to provide the original residence permit;

(3) Fresh graduates are required to provide the Employment Recommendation Form for Fresh Graduates, and college students and graduate students are required to provide the original student ID card with complete registration information; 20 1 1 and the full-time normal graduates who have been directly recognized at the entrance examination point before, must also provide 1 copies of the school's enrollment plan, admission list, curriculum and transcripts, teaching practice appraisal and other supporting materials stamped with the official seal of the school;

(4) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents are required to provide Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents' residence permits or Hong Kong and Macao residents' passes to and from the mainland, and the mainland travel permit for taiwan residents is valid for 5 years;

(5) The Armed Police stationed in Donglan should provide the personnel relationship certificate issued by the unit.

3. The physical examination form for teacher qualification certification in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region designated by the teacher qualification certification institution. According to the actual situation, the hospital applying for teacher qualification in our county is designated as Donglan People's Hospital, and the county hospital conducts physical examination according to the relevant documents of the autonomous region (Annex 2). When the applicant receives the medical examination results, please check the photos carefully and affix the official seal of the medical examination hospital. The conclusion on the physical examination form should be clearly filled in as "qualified" or "unqualified" (the validity period of the conclusion on the physical examination form is 1 year), and it is valid only after being stamped with the official seal of the medical examination hospital.

4. Original academic certificate. Applicants who have obtained Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan education should also submit the original certificate of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan education issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education, and those who have obtained foreign education should also submit the original certificate of foreign education issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

If the academic information is verified by the electronic information of "Teacher Qualification Management Information System", the original academic certificate may not be submitted. If the comparison verification is unsuccessful, the applicant shall submit the academic report of higher education in China in addition to the original academic certificate (except secondary vocational school education, which can be applied through Xuexin.com in advance), otherwise it will be deemed as unqualified academic qualifications and will not be accepted.

5. The original certificate of Putonghua proficiency test level. If the information of Putonghua proficiency test is verified by the electronic information of "Teacher Qualification Management Information System", the original may not be submitted.

6.？ The qualification certificates of those who participated in the national primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination, and the 202 1 Teacher Professional Ability Certificate for Normal Students for Master of Education and Public Normal Students passed the system verification, and it is not necessary to submit it on site.

(3) Qualification determination

According to the evaluation opinions of the Teacher Qualification Expert Review Committee, the teacher qualification accreditation institution shall make a conclusion on qualification accreditation within 30 legal working days from the date of termination of the application period, and notify the applicant of the accreditation result in an appropriate way.

(4) Issuing certificates

After the on-site audit, make a conclusion according to the audit situation, and make a teacher qualification certificate for the applicants who meet the accreditation conditions. The applicant shall, in accordance with the notification requirements of the teacher qualification accreditation body, receive a copy of the teacher qualification certificate and a copy of the teacher qualification accreditation application form at the designated place on time. The teacher qualification accreditation application form shall be submitted by the applicant to the management department where my personnel file is located, and shall be included in my personnel file, and the loss shall be borne by me. When fresh graduates receive teacher qualification certificates and teacher qualification application forms, they must also verify their academic qualifications.
