How many square meters is the rural homestead in Dehua County, Fujian Province?

According to the land management law, the standard of rural villagers' homestead is 20 to 30 square meters per person, with 3 households with less than 3 people, 4 households with less than 4 people and 5 households with more than 5 people. The newly occupied land area of the expanded house should be calculated together with the original homestead area. The standard of immigrant homestead shall be implemented according to the relevant documents of the district. Article 13 of the Measures for the Administration of Rural Homestead: Rural villagers implement the system of one household and one house. Rural homestead area according to the following standards:

(a) plain or mountainous counties (cities) per capita arable land is less than one thousand square meters, and each homestead shall not exceed two hundred square meters;

(two) the per capita arable land of more than one thousand square meters in plain or mountainous counties (cities), each homestead shall not exceed 233 square meters;

(three) Bashang area, each homestead shall not exceed 467 square meters. The county (city) people's government may, according to the local actual situation, stipulate the specific standards of rural homestead within the limits specified in the preceding paragraph. Where there are differences in local policies, local regulations shall prevail.
