Is Qianxi Siyuan a private school or a public school?

Qianxi county Siyuan Experimental School is a key project of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee and Government's Education Immigrant (Poverty Alleviation) Project. It was built with a donation of 6,543,800 yuan from Hong Kong Love Foundation and 30,400,000 yuan from Qianxi County Government. It was used to resettle primary and middle school students with excellent academic performance in compulsory education in remote and poor rural areas to receive quality education in the county. The school covers an area of 45,587 square meters and is located in Shuixi Office, Chengguan Town, Qianxi County.
