They have been actively communicating with the outside world for many years, attracting groups of college student volunteers, agricultural scholars and friends from foreign cooperatives to visit, study and engage in activities every year. They always receive them warmly and share their experiences and lessons along the way without reservation. In their minds, the farmers in the world are a family!

Today, the status quo of "Nantang Fu Min" is gratifying and enviable, but they have gone through a long road full of "thorns" to safeguard their rights. In the 1990s, all kinds of exorbitant taxes and miscellaneous fees were heavy in the northern Anhui Plain, and the villagers had a hard life and complained bitterly. 1998, Ge Biao, a law student in his early twenties, just graduated and returned to his hometown. Because he feels the same way and wants to share his worries for the villagers with what he has learned, he is duty-bound to embark on a long and difficult road of safeguarding rights with the villagers. Although this history is rarely mentioned today, objective history shows that it was an experience of blood and tears. For a small example, the window glass and the glass above the door of Ge Biao were often broken by black stones at night. In spite of threats, they persisted. He led the villagers on the road of safeguarding rights for several years, achieved some results, ushered in the tax reform, and the burden of farming was obviously lighter. Most of them are old people, women and children who stay in their hometown, and the countryside is still lifeless. At that time, the young and dreamy "Biao Ge" also wanted to go to the outside world to create and earn more income. So he followed his relatives to work in the southern city for a while. But people in his hometown often call him back, because everyone needs him to come back and continue to lead everyone to change the status quo. When he was young, he hesitated at such a fork in the road. He knew that if he chose to go back this time, he might never get out again in his life. However, this simple "son of the earth" in Chicheng chose to return to his hometown and continue to lead the elderly and women in his hometown to set up farmers' cooperatives. At that time, there were old people's associations and women's associations, because there were few young people. At the same time, stubborn and dreamy, he decided that if he didn't do it, he would build the best farmer cooperative in the country and lead the villagers to live a real good life. Their dream at that time was to "let people living on the land live a dignified and smiling life". The dream is beautiful, but the reality is difficult. Although the process of establishing farmers' cooperatives is not as bloody as safeguarding rights, it is still full of twists and turns and difficulties, and internal and external troubles have always existed. Outside, the government is afraid that they will make trouble again. Because of the history of safeguarding rights, it always resists and has to be suppressed from time to time. Internally, it is really difficult to lead the villagers who are used to sloppy, and the social interests of local acquaintances are complicated. I'm afraid the hardships of this process are only clear to the parties themselves. But even though I swallowed countless grievances and puzzles at night, I smiled and led the villagers along the next day. 10 years ago, he was definitely a young man on the team, and most of the others were uncles and aunts. But the old people here are also very motivated. They know that they are building their own home. They are the shareholders and owners of Nantang, so they are full of dreams, bright smiles and full of vitality. Later, it developed better and better, and more and more young people were willing to join their team. As an older youth, "Ge Biao" finally met a suitable partner in the public welfare circle. After getting married, they continued to work together for Fu Min in Nantang, and the family continued to build a warm and happy new home together.

1998, because he loved his family, he led the villagers to fight with tears and defend the dignity of that land. Now, they are smiling and working together to build a warm and happy new home. They proved the power of holding on to their dreams with their actions. "Brother Biao" is in his early forties, why his eyes are still so clear, because his heart is always boiling hot, why the villagers in his team always have a smile on their faces, because they have been chasing their dreams! We have reason to believe that this Nantang will get better and better! At the same time, I often sigh that if there were more places like Nantang Fu Min in China, more villagers would be happier!

My second thought is social friend Daxiong, born in 1985, a native of Hubei, who is as smart as a fool. We met in a non-profit organization in the university, and we still keep in touch ten years after graduation. After graduation, most of our classmates got married and had children and had their own lives, but he only did one thing: he insisted on doing public welfare. After graduating in 2008, he immediately went to Sichuan to do public welfare for several years. At that time, the Wenchuan earthquake had just ended, and the local area needed professional volunteers. Then a disaster happened in a place in Yunnan, and he went to Yunnan to be a volunteer for some time. In recent years, he returned to Wuhan, the capital of his hometown, and set up Xiaozhuang Public Welfare to train volunteers of all sizes. If a person wants to set up a non-profit organization, he not only needs to raise start-up funds, but also the application procedures are troublesome enough. However, he quickly overcame the initial difficulties and started Xiaozhuang's daily life of public welfare with passion. At that time, some people doubted that such a small non-profit organization could last for several years. The reality is that in the past three years, Xiaozhuang not only has regular training activities, but also has really achieved initial results. Their "children training big friends" training activity is particularly famous, and everyone who participated in it was surprised by the training ability of primary school students. Many college students who participated in Xiaozhuang training later became the backbone of their own campus associations and continued to better serve the associations and society. Xiaozhuang also often holds public welfare salons to promote exchanges and mutual learning among public welfare people. It can be seen that Xiaozhuang's public welfare activities are more frequent and effective. Many people don't believe that Daxiong is the only full-time volunteer in a non-profit organization who can be so "prosperous". Why not recruit more people? There are objective reasons as well as subjective reasons. The objective reason is that Xiaozhuang's public welfare labor is very intense, and the "mission" on his shoulders is a bit heavy. Many young volunteers are afraid to work full-time. After all, it is too bitter. The subjective reason is that Daxiong wants to spend every penny he raises. In this respect, he is skimpy and good at "careful calculation" to save costs. Hui Jie, a social worker who worked with him, said: "Although Daxiong deducted it himself, it was very good for those volunteers who worked part-time. The treatment given to them is high in the Wuhan public welfare circle. He also took the initiative to buy insurance for them and care about their lives. " This is the real man.

The third reminds me of a high school classmate, Qiu, who really traveled all over the world in Qian Shan. She has been to many countries, including 7 countries in 20 16 alone. But most of our classmates forgot English after graduation, so we don't know much about her world. But we still like her smile, because her smile can warm the world at once! There are many women who love to laugh in the world, but her smile is deep and natural from the inside out, as bright as the little sun!

After graduating from college, with her excellent English level, she successfully entered Shanghai New Oriental School and became their excellent lecturer. And on her own, she actually bought a house in the magic capital Shanghai. When her career was in full swing, she did not love money, but listened to her inner voice and went abroad to study. Then, after studying, she did a lot of things. She likes traveling and going to Hyde Park from time to time to step on leaves and feed pigeons. When you are in a foreign land, you will always encounter many difficulties that you have never encountered before. For example, she went to see a private dentist in Paris, and the cost was 64 times that in China. Sometimes, in order to save money, she will rent a rough house. During the day, she needs to finish the project before dawn, and at night, she comes back alone to assemble all kinds of furniture. There is also because of frequent travel to and from various countries, you need to deal with the immigration road frequently, sometimes you will encounter trouble, and even you need to have a long struggle with the immigration road.

She seldom talks about these difficulties, but always downplays them. More often, she shows colorful and beautiful days. After class, she likes to cook by herself, and she likes to ponder over cooking skills. Fortunately, she still likes cooking and eating Chinese food. Let us rest assured that no matter where she goes, her roots are still in China. She has a wide range of interests and likes to do carpentry, from sketching, cutting, polishing, electric painting and oiling, all independently. Make a person's life interesting!

She also provides online courses for 97 government students from Southeast Africa 15 countries. I feel nervous and admire when I think about it! Although she has really traveled all over Qian Shan, she still lives abroad. She is a radiant girl, and her smile is still as pure and bright as a child. She has always maintained awe and gratitude for her life and work, shining with sunshine all the way and living as a goddess of her own world!
