Professor Yang, president of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, expounded his thoughts on digital economy from three aspects: rule of law, economy and social problems brought about by the development of digital economy. He pointed out that the digital economy is a double-edged sword, and its ultimate goal should be to realize the all-round development of people.

Professor Li Wanfu, editor-in-chief of China Taxation magazine in State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China, People's Republic of China (PRC), put forward his own views on the theme of "digital industry, digital industrialization and tax governance". He said: "Vigorously developing the digital economy is not only an important support for the new development pattern, but also an important engine for building a modern economic system in the new development stage and the only way to comprehensively build a new competitive advantage for the country."
