The laws of China and Australia are completely different. It is very difficult to engage in legal work unless you obtain a lawyer's license in Australia. Including accountants, nurses, teachers, everything, working in Australia requires a license, and the prerequisite for obtaining a license is generally at least a bachelor's degree in Australia.

I suggest you get a job opportunity after further study in Australia.
