Yes The Notice of Yueqing Municipal People's Government on Approving the Implementation Plan of Yueqing Municipal Education Bureau on School Admission in the Compulsory Education Stage in 2023 stipulates that children and adolescents of school age with household registration in our city shall be registered in primary schools, junior high schools or related schools in their respective jurisdictions with the original and photocopy of their household registration books, real estate licenses and children's vaccination certificates. For special reasons, if you are not enrolled in the nearest school where your household registration is located, you should also provide corresponding materials in accordance with the following provisions:

1. If parents do not work and live in the original domicile and need to attend school near their actual residence, they should provide business or work certificates (business, enterprises and institutions show their business licenses, migrant workers show their labor contracts signed with employers for more than 1 year), real estate licenses or house lease agreements and other related materials to prove their actual residence, and the legal guardian of school-age children and adolescents issued by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau can continuously pay social endowment insurance premiums in our city.
