My husband is a Canadian citizen and I am a China citizen. Can I apply for Canadian citizenship if I am pregnant in China? How to apply?

The following persons have Canadian citizenship:

1) People born in Canada whose parents are not diplomats of foreign governments in Canada.

2) Born outside Canada and successfully naturalized as a Canadian.

3) Born outside Canada, and either parent was born in Canada or has been naturalized in Canada.

4) Foreigners adopted by Canadian citizens

If your husband is a Canadian citizen born in Canada, or naturalized as a Canadian after immigrating to Canada, your child will automatically have Canadian citizenship no matter where he was born, but he can register without applying. At any Canadian embassy, you can go through the formalities by showing your birth certificate and your parents' Canadian citizenship certificate.

Note that if your children are not born in Canada, their next generation (that is, your grandchildren) will not have Canadian citizenship unless they are born in Canada.

I'm not sure about your other questions, so I can't answer them.
