The Islamic dynasty was established twice in Indian history, why not Islamization?

India has not been Islamized, but the Islamized areas have been separated:

India in the traditional sense includes Pakistan and Bangladesh in addition to India today.

Before British colonial rule, India was not truly unified. The so-called dynasty is only a big state, which is not enough to affect the whole of India, and religion is limited to the state.

When Britain withdrew from India in 1947, the mountbatten plan to divide India was realized. According to different religious beliefs, British India is divided into India and Pakistan, and East Pakistan became Bangladesh in 197 1.

After the partition of India, due to the contradiction between Hindus and Muslims, a large number of religious immigrants appeared, making the religious components in their respective regions relatively single;

Kashmir, where the conflict between India and Pakistan is fierce today, was divided by India. Muslims were dominant, but its lords were Hindus and the region belonged to India.
