What if the company wants to go abroad for a business investigation visa? How to deal with it?

Business visa, different countries, the procedures are slightly different. This also depends on the regulations of the destination country.

But there are some common materials that basically every country needs:

1, a completed short-term visa application form and a recent photo;

2. The validity period of the passport must exceed the validity period of the visa application for three months, and a copy of the passport personal data page is attached;

3. Official letter of introduction (address, telephone number, fax number, applicant's position, purpose of going to France and guarantee of returning to China) and business license (original, copy and translation) issued by the Chinese company;

8. Air ticket reservation form and hotel reservation form consistent with the applicant's stay in Schengen countries (if the applicant wants to travel to other countries in Schengen countries).
