Is there a high-speed rail plan to Fengshun in Xintang?

There is no high-speed rail plan from Xintang to Fengshun. According to the data of Guangdong Provincial Department of Transportation, by the end of August, the railway investment in the province was about 46.3 billion yuan, accounting for 59% of the annual plan. Among them, 24 continuation projects are progressing smoothly, and key projects such as Guangzhou-Zhanjiang, Shantou-Shantou and Jiang Shen railways crossing Zhanjiang Bay, Shantou Bay and Pearl River Mouth Tunnel are progressing smoothly, and Shantou-Shantou, Meishan high-speed railway, Huilai, Dushi and Jiafeng tunnels are running through. Guangzhou-Shantou high-speed railway is expected to open in June 2023, and Shantou-Shantou high-speed railway is expected to open from Shanwei Station to Shantou South Station in September 2023. At present, the project construction has entered the final sprint period. The Guangzhou-Shanwei section of Guangzhou-Shantou high-speed railway leads from Xintang Station, passes eastward through Zengcheng District, Boluo County, Huicheng District, Zhong Kai High-tech Zone, Huiyang District, Huidong County and Shenshan Cooperation Zone and Haifeng County under the jurisdiction of Shanwei City, and reaches Shanwei Station. There are 8 stations and 7 new stations on the whole line.
