202 1 has a bachelor degree or above from an American university, and all of them have participated in the first round of lottery with 65,000 places. Those who hold a master's degree or above from an American university and fail in the first round of lottery can participate in the second round of lottery and strive for 20,000 places.
In FY 2022, employers who want to apply for H- 1B must first submit registration within the registration period from March 1 2026 to March 20, 2026, state the names of everyone they wish to apply for, and pay the registration fee of 10. The US Citizenship and Immigration Service will then draw lots for all the registrations received, and inform the employers which beneficiaries have been selected before March 3 1 and March 202 1. For the beneficiary determined by lottery, the employer will submit a complete H-1 B application within 90 days from April12020. The employer shall not submit an application for H- 1BCap for any beneficiary who does not choose to register for the lucky draw.
