X 1: guarantor 18 years old.
2. The guarantor has been in PR for three years and stays in New Zealand for at least 184 days every year (pushed forward from the application).
3. The applicant (i.e. parents) is in good health and has no criminal record.
4. The applicant has no other minor children.
5. Need to meet the requirements of T/KLOC-0 and/or T2:
(a): requirements of t1(only one of them can be met);
1): The guarantor (i.e. children) or the guarantor's spouse has an annual income of NZ $65,000 or above, or the annual family income of NZ $90,000 or above; or
2): Applicants need to provide at least NZ $27,203 or at least NZ $39,890 for each couple every year during their lifetime; or
3): 500,000 New Zealand dollars for settling in.
(b): T2 requirements
1): The guarantor or the guarantor's spouse has an annual income of over NZD 33,675;
2): Other children are living abroad (if they are only children, you don't have to consider this).
If it meets the requirements, the applicant needs to fill in EOI first, and the form code is 1202.
If EOI is selected, the Immigration Bureau will send an invitation and then submit the required materials to the Immigration Bureau.
Required materials
Materials to be provided by the guarantor:
1: Fill in the residential responsibility form, code 1024, which needs JP signature.
2: A copy of the first page and PR page of the passport (or a copy of the New Zealand passport) needs JP signature.
3. Payroll, IRD salary summary, employment contract and other materials that can prove your income. (If your parents provide NZ $500,000 for settlement, you need to deposit the money in a bank in New Zealand during the application period).
Materials to be provided by the applicant (parent):
1: Fill in the application for residence visa, code 1000, and attach the application fee.
2: Original passport.
3. General physical examination.
4. There is no criminal notarization and confirmation letter.
5. Birth notarization
6. Notarization of kinship
7. Notarization of household registration book
8. Marriage notarization
9: Two passport photos (within six months).
10: IELTS score (at least two items reach 4.0), or the tuition fee of $65438 +0735 in advance.
