Regulations of Putian Dongzhen Reservoir Area on Water Environment Protection
Because of * * * interests and changes in the natural environment need to adjust the scope of Dongzhen reservoir area, the Municipal People's government shall fully demonstrate, report to the provincial people's government for approval according to procedures, and announce it to the public. City and county (District) people's governments shall incorporate the water environmental protection work in Dongzhen reservoir area into the national economic and social development plan, and formulate the water environmental protection objectives and annual plans.
The relevant township (town) people's government is responsible for the specific work of water environment protection in Dongzhen reservoir area within its administrative area.
The relevant villagers' committees shall assist in the protection of water environment in Dongzhen Reservoir area. Article 6 The competent department of ecological environment shall be responsible for the unified supervision and management of water environmental protection in Dongzhen reservoir area.
The water administrative department is responsible for the supervision and management of water resources dispatching, soil and water conservation and water conservancy project construction in Dongzhen reservoir area.
Development and reform, public security, civil affairs, finance, urban and rural planning, natural resources, housing and urban and rural construction, transportation, agriculture and rural areas, emergency management, forestry, fisheries and other relevant departments and institutions shall, according to their respective functions and duties, do a good job in the supervision and management of water environmental protection in Dongzhen reservoir area.

(3) Discharging sewage, dumping garbage and other wastes into water bodies, or piling up and storing solid wastes and other pollutants that may pollute water bodies;
(4) Mining, sand mining, quarrying, earth borrowing and blasting;
(five) the establishment of slaughterhouses (fields), livestock and poultry farms and breeding communities;
(6) The reclaimed water is used for land reclamation;
(7) using pesticides and abusing chemical fertilizers;
(8) Dumping animal carcasses in water bodies;
(9) Washing vehicles with water;
(10) Poisonous fish, electric fish and fried fish;
(eleven) failing to take measures to engage in cage culture, tourism and other activities in accordance with the provisions;
(twelve) other acts prohibited by laws and regulations. Thirteenth in the first-class protected areas, in addition to the prohibited acts stipulated in article twelfth, the following acts are also prohibited:
(a) new construction, renovation and expansion of water supply facilities and construction projects unrelated to water conservation;
(2) washing clothes and utensils with water;
(three) engaged in cage culture, breeding, catering, tourism, swimming, fishing, release, camping, picnic and other activities;
(4) Planting crops and stocking livestock and poultry;
(5) Building cemeteries and cemeteries;
(6) Water training and other water sports and recreational activities;
(7) Launching, berthing or operation of ships, rafts and other navigation vehicles that do not perform official duties of water environmental protection;
(eight) other acts prohibited by laws and regulations. Article 14 The people's governments of cities and counties (districts) shall order the construction projects that have been built to discharge pollutants, the sewage outlets that have been set up, and the construction projects that have been built in the first-class protection areas and have nothing to do with water supply facilities and water source protection to be dismantled.
The existing cemeteries and cemeteries in the first-class protected areas, except those of historical, artistic and scientific value protected by the state, shall be moved or buried within a time limit, leaving no graves.
