Is the reservoir land acquisition line the submergence line? Why?

The reservoir land acquisition line is not the submergence line. Reservoir land acquisition line is a general term for the measurement work carried out by reservoir designers and local, immigration and other departments based on the inundation boundaries of various engineering buildings and reservoir cleanup boundaries, as well as the boundaries of inundation, protection and utilization stipulated in the planning and design. The reservoir inundation line is the intersection line between the designed flood level and the perimeter of the reservoir area after the reservoir is built. The reservoir inundation line is the area where the reservoir water level exceeds this water level and will be inundated. The reservoir land acquisition line is the boundary line of the acquired land. The two are completely different concepts. The inundation line is usually higher than the land acquisition line, and the land acquisition line is usually within the inundation line.
