(1) Get the exit application form:

In the "Name" column, the applicant's name must be consistent with what is recorded on the identity card and household registration book. It must be written in standard Chinese characters. The name must not be changed arbitrarily, and no aliases must be filled in. The "Foreign Translated Name" column must be spelled according to the Chinese pinyin letters of the Mandarin pronunciation of the person's Chinese name. When writing, it must be divided into two parts: the surname and the given name. The surname comes first and the first name comes after. The two parts of the surname and the first name are not allowed to be written together; compound surnames are not allowed. The "ID card number" column should be filled in based on the number in the person's official ID card issued by the public security organ. The number in the temporary ID card must not be filled in. The "date of birth" column must be filled in consistent with the date of birth (including year, month, day) recorded in the household registration book and ID card.

In the "Economic Guarantee and Economic Guarantor's Information During Abroad Period" column, you must fill in the guarantor's name, age, nationality or place of origin, relationship with the person, etc. In the "School for self-financed study abroad" column, fill in the name (full name) of the school where you are going to study abroad.
The "International Student Category" column should be filled in according to the nature of your study abroad. If you are studying abroad, fill in "Study", if you are studying in a junior college, fill in "College", if you are studying in university or receiving education above university, fill in "Junior College". "Study Abroad".
Applicants should fill in the fields of "major studied", "degree studied", "school year", and "starting date" according to the relevant provisions of the "Admission Notice" issued by the foreign (overseas) school. Fill in the content.
In the "Main relatives and friends at home and abroad" column, domestic relatives mainly refer to immediate relatives and close relatives. Relatives and friends abroad mainly refer to close contacts, and their overseas addresses must be filled in (both Chinese and English are acceptable).
In the "Remarks" column, you must fill in the reasons or credentials for applying for a passport. For example, if you want to work abroad, fill in the "Job Appointment Letter" or "Contract"; if you want to study abroad, fill in the "Admission Notice." (3) Submit the "Chinese Citizen Exit and Entry Application Form":
① After completing the "Chinese Citizen Exit and Entry Application Form" according to the requirements, it must be submitted to the party committee or personnel of the unit where it is located. ④ Prepare documents related to traveling abroad, such as invitation letters, letters of guarantee, copies of admission notices, etc.
⑤ Prepare your household registration book, ID card, work permit or other proof of household registration.
⑥ Submit the completed "Chinese Citizen Exit Application Form" and overseas (
overseas) invitation letter, letter of guarantee, and unit introduction letter to the entry-exit management department of the public relations agency. Household register, work permit, student ID or unemployment certificate, retirement certificate, ID card and personal photo, etc. If you apply for an expedited passport due to special reasons, you must make a special statement when submitting the materials.
⑦Waiting for passport:
The exit and entry administration department of the public security organ accepts the application form and corresponding materials submitted by me and reviews it before deciding whether to approve the applicant's application. The applicant will be notified of the passport decision usually within 30 days (if it is located in a remote area with inconvenient transportation, within 60 days, if it is urgent, it will generally take about a week). When submitting the form, be sure to remember your application number for easy reference.
⑧Getting a passport:
When the public security organ accepts the application materials, it must go through the process of review and passport production. The applicant can wait patiently within the specified time. You can collect your passport and exit registration card at the time agreed when submitting the materials or after receiving notification from the public security department.
