Cao carefully looked at the tremella business. When he passed by Jiangxi, he found that the price of tremella here was three times that of Fuzhou, so he decided to sell tremella from Fuzhou to Jiangxi with a lower price to earn the difference.

In this way, Cao earned nearly a thousand yuan. Later, he also sold fruit seedlings and worked as a cook and maintenance worker on the construction site. At the age of 30, Cao had accumulated a huge sum of 50,000 yuan, which was a huge sum at that time. 1983, Cao made a decision that changed his life. He decided to contract the glass factory in the town, which had been losing money for years.

At that time, China's car glass was imported, so Cao saw business opportunities. 1985, he officially switched to making automobile glass, introduced professional equipment and technicians, overcame many tests, and finally developed his own automobile glass, thus opening his own glory.
