The isolation of astronauts is not as simple as ordinary people. They go through three processes after returning to the ground from space. They will stay in a specific sealed environment, and the staff in the isolation area can't have direct contact with them. In the first stage, their isolation time is 14 days, during which they will re-adapt to the earth environment and restore their physical functions. The second stage takes 20 to 30 days, during which the astronauts will gradually resume physical activity according to the doctor's plan.

In the third phase, NASA will arrange for astronauts to have a recovery period of about three months. During these three months, they will restore the physiological data to the pre-flight state.
