If you come to the United States, you can go to high school below 18. If you come to the United States, 18 years old or older, you can go to university (general community college) with China high school diploma and report card. It is easy to transfer to other universities in the United States and catch up with English in community colleges. It is easy for the United States to enter universities (except Ivy League universities).
