American green card applying for a green card for a spouse

If the spouse is in the United States and applies for marriage immigration, the materials to be submitted are divided into two parts: 1. Petition for relatives of foreigners (mainly form I- 130), submitted by American citizens or green card holders; 2. Application for identity adjustment submitted by the green card applicant (mainly I-485 form); Waiting time for application approval: US citizen spouse 10- 13 months, green card holder spouse11-/4 months.
