Drafting relevant normative documents and formulating relevant policies; Guide the construction of water administration supervision team; Responsible for investigating and handling major water-related violations, mediating water disputes between districts and counties, and mediating inter-city water disputes entrusted by the municipal government; Responsible for water administrative supervision, water administrative law enforcement and water conservancy fees collection and management within the scope of authority, and guide the collection and management of water conservancy administrative fees; To undertake relevant administrative litigation, administrative reconsideration, administrative compensation and publicity of law popularization.
