You can immigrate to Italy if you have a loan in China, as long as you can meet the conditions for Italian immigration.

At present, there are two ways to immigrate to Italy, namely, buying a house and investing in innovative start-ups. If you choose to buy a house as an immigrant, you must meet the conditions: non-EU citizens, no criminal record, buying a property of not less than 300,000 euros, and non-wage income of at least 3,654,380,000 euros per year. If you choose to invest in innovative and entrepreneurial immigrants, you must meet the conditions of at least 50,000 euros in bank deposits and at least 8,400 euros in annual legal income.
