Conditions for spouses' reunion and migration:

1. Guarantor conditions:

The spouse is a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident and he/she

1) has never successfully sponsored the applicant in the name of husband and wife reunion before; or

2) In the five years before I vouched for you, I didn't vouch for others in the name of husband and wife reunion; or

Never become a victim of domestic violence because a family member suffers from domestic violence, and get the right to live.

If the guarantor obtains the status of New Zealand citizen or permanent resident in the name of husband and wife reunion, he/she cannot provide you with a guarantee unless:

1) It has been 5 years since he/she obtained the identity, and now he/she has applied for a guarantee for you;

2) Never successfully sponsored the applicant in the name of husband and wife reunion before.

2. Conditions of the guarantor's spouse:

1) You and your guarantor have lived together for at least 12 months or more, and the spouse relationship must be true and long-lasting;

2) Your age is 18 or above. If you are 16- 18, your livelihood depends entirely on your parents.

3) You must know before applying and have no blood relationship;

4) good health;

5) No criminal record.
