Foreign labor dispatch process

1. Application indicator: The employer (foreign enterprise) applies to the relevant departments of the local government (immigration bureau or labor bureau) according to the relevant regulations of the host country (region) on the importation of foreign workers.

2. Signing a contract: After the employer (foreign enterprise) has obtained the effective approval of the local government to import foreign workers, it is required to provide the following information to negotiate with our labor service company and sign a labor service cooperation contract (the sample labor service contract is provided by our labor service company for reference). The information required by the employer is as follows:

(1) A copy of the approval document of the local government for the import of foreign workers;

(2) A copy of the business license of the employer (foreign enterprise);

(3) The employing unit (foreign enterprise) signs a labor service contract with our labor service company.

(4) Employers (foreign companies) provide recruitment brochures.

3. Labor recruitment: The recruitment of labor (technical) personnel can be directly recruited by the employer, or it can be entrusted by the employer to our labor service company.

4. Training abroad: The labor service company will train the recruited laborers.

5. Going abroad for examination and approval: The labor service company is responsible for reporting to the relevant departments of China Municipal Government and issuing relevant approval documents for the employment of labor (technical) personnel.

6. Go through the formalities of going abroad: Labor (technical) personnel provide relevant information (ID card, physical examination form, relevant certificates, photos, etc. ) and go through the formalities of going abroad for labor services.

7. Handling passports for going abroad: The labor service company is responsible for reporting and issuing passports for laborers (technicians) to the relevant departments of China Municipal Government.

8. Handling visas for going abroad: Under normal circumstances, the employer is responsible for handling visas for labor (technical) personnel to go abroad, or assisting labor companies in handling visas.
