Legal basis: Article 57 of the Civil Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) supervises the ideological and political work, performance of duties, work style and compliance with laws and regulations of civil servants, carries out diligent and honest education, and establishes a daily management supervision system. If problems are found in the supervision of civil servants, we should distinguish between different situations, remind them by talking, criticize and educate them, order them to check, admonish them, adjust their organizations and punish them. If a civil servant is suspected of violating the law or committing a duty crime, he shall be transferred to the supervisory organ for handling according to law.
